Appartamento molto centrale e pulito. Facile il check-in.

Appartamento scarno e privo di ogni confort. Un salotto-tinello ove è presente un tavolo con quattro sedie e una sorta di vecchio e scomodo divanetto-letto due posti con un piccolo televisore. La seconda camera da letto è totalmente buia, senza neanche un punto luce. In generale, tutto l'appartamento appare poco curato e nessuna attenzione ai piccoli dettagli. Dopo un'accurata ricerca in tutta la casa abbiamo trovato un unico telecomando per i condizionatori con le batterie scariche. In cucina è presente una macchina per il caffè espresso e un bollitore, ma non v'è neanche una cialda o un paio di bustine di the. L'appartamento è sito nella Zona a Traffico Limitato, quindi non raggiungibile con l'auto. Pur avendo informato preventivamente l'host che saremmo arrivati in auto con un disabile a bordo, non ci è stato fatto presente che la Polizia Municipale nei giorni festivi non risponde al telefono e che il numero verde presente all'accesso delle porte della Città non è attivo.

Die Lage war top. Die Ausstattung auch und der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich! Das Apartment ist geräumig mit sehr bequemen Betten. Und sehr sauber! Ich würde wieder kommen!

Location was perfect, very spacious and clean. The property manager was really helpful too.

Poor wifi From the single room at night time one can hear loud noises such as that of a compressor

Loved our stay at the apartment. Really clear instructions on arrival for our keys/how to get in. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Comfortable beds and bedding. Perfect location for exploring Lucca, and also right next to the bus station to go to Viareggio etc. Really good value for money - we had the best time, thank you.

Street outside was a little noisy from 5am (street cleaners/bin men etc), not a lot to be done about that but didn't have the best sleep. Shower/bathroom a little dated and leaked onto tiles slightly - limited hot water too but this didn't bother us too much!
