I didn’t like anything about the property.

The photos of the property were misleading. When I arrived to my room, the room had a strong odor and roaches were crawling everywhere. When I brought it to the staff’s attention they were rude and told me regardless of the unsanitary conditions they would not give me a refund.

They don't let you get your money back even though we got in the first room someone was still in there and not cleaned and then we got a new room the was infestations of roches and in the halls people come in your room and go through your stuff and not care and no AC in the hallways or office and the door saids it's locked and it's never locked and the parking lot has holes all over so many tweakers there

"I hated it here"

The hotel was roach infested. Rude front desk. I had to wait about 10 min before my room was done. My room was so roach infested that I didn’t even stay the entire 2 days that I booked. I left shortly after and there was nothing they did about it.
