I did not like anything about the property. It was horrible.

First of all, the assistant lied and say it would be a good area to stay with my family but damage bathroom door matches with blood microwave is rusty broken and do not work. Bedspreads were dirty. Bathroom tub was dirty horrible service. Prostitute and crackhead was in the area did not feel safe.

The staff was absolutely horrible!!!! Veryy rude… no manager on site .. staff lied constantly about the manager being there I. The morning. I had a room with no working tv, workers said she had no authority to do anything about it. I called customer relations, they called the hotel and asked for a room change. They refused. So I am from out of town taking a little vacation and relaxation. We had to sit there in the quiet with no tv. That is not relaxing. I paid good money to be able to enjoy myself. I was told the manager would be theee this morning to hear my concerns and a possible solution but lo and behold, a no show and no one at the desk at check out. Wouldn’t answer the phone either. No room service or towel changes

No breakfast available, no ironing boards available. Water would not get hot

Horrible stay paid for 2 nights, only stayed 1. Had to leave the next day to another hotel and spend more money. People upstairs were slamming things on the ground too 4am did not sleep. Told front office and nothing was done. Dirty beds. We were by the front door so we could hear the door slamming all day and night and fighting outside our window. I had my son and we literally got up the next morning and left to another hotel

The management was amazing very respectful and helpful

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like. I’d stay there again
