"Great except the sheet situation"

The only thing I didn't like was there was no top sheet on bed and was expected to cover with spread that someone else had covered with. This is not sanitary. Thank goodness I took a throw which I put between spread and me,

Location, layout, bath towels nice, well stocked kithchen.
Unit very dated, kitchen drawers fell out, needs a through cleaning, drafty, air filter & vents filthy. Golf carts didn't run. Some linens were missing, bedspread & rugs needed washing.
