Spacious room with private living room

Good location for my situation

It’s a bit grotty, so could do with new carpets, curtains, paint job etc.

The bed was the only clean thing in the whole place.

I like the location as it was close to the city centre and the train station.

I swear it makes me sick. Even though I paid for the room, I preferred to spend the night in my car. The conditions I found in the room were shocking; it felt like I was in a homeless person's home. I feel very sorry for the person who was with me. The towels were not clean and had a terrible smell. The shower and toilet were broken, and I had to wait ages for hot water—sometimes it was cold, and sometimes it was accidentally hot. I don't know what to say; everything was so dirty that it made me feel nauseous. I didn't sleep at all that night. Most importantly no hot water and toilet paper so grab your own lmao.

I like location as it was close to center so location is good also parking place so it was good.

Nothing was good at about property. I can’t sleep whole night I heard all night people footsteps noise which makes me uncomfortable and unsafe. Apart from that doors locks are not secure anyone can just hit and come inside lmao which seems horrible night mare. Also there were no tissue papers that’s bonus for us for 0 facility 😭😂. Washed but bad towels. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: There was no hot water 😭😭I didn’t take shower coz of this issue. The plaster was falling off the walls, carpets VERY dirty and worn, furniture and bedding very unhygienic. Ash tray in the middle of the front room and used condom under bed. Would stay very clear from this place it was absolutely filthy
