TerraVita Winery & Boutique Apartments

Great place for a nice family stay! Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. All necessary comfort present. Maybe good to know if you have smaller kids, some of the apartments are a bit if a walk from the pool and swing so keep this in mind.

The apartment was not so well insulated and we were unlucky to have very loud neighbours that were night creatures, so we didn’t sleep very well even though the beds were very comfortable. Dishwasher wasn’t the best and often left the plates still dirty. Also the bigger dinner plates didn’t fit in the dishwasher.

The property was in excellent condition, clean and enough space for a family of four. There was airco which made it really comfortable during extreme hot days. There is a nice pool where every appt has their own sun-loungers. There is enough privacy in general. It’s only a short drive (20 min) to reach the beach.

There is nothing to say really. A little bit more cutlery would be more convenient.

It is perfectly locted outside of Suvereto (only a few minutes by car) where you can find lots of nice restaurants, little shops and other wineries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a family of 3 we had the 2-bedroom-apartment close to the pool which is very nice, well equiped and very spacious. Absolutely recommendable!

Excellent modern appartments, with full comfort (2 Airco if needed), very good WIFI to use your mobile apps for TV & internet - Perfect equiped kitchen, spacious as internal as on the terrace. Clean pool & accomodations. Nice local products & very good own production of wine. View on the olive trees and Tuscan mountains of Montioni. 15min from the very nice beaches between Follonica & San Vincenzo. Suvereto is cosy & close by for dining. Massa Maritima, Follonica, Piombino, Polunia & San Vincenzo are wearth visiting, as well as the Isle of Elba.

Minor things… For us no problem, but some appartments are 200m from the pool (only important for parents with small kids important to know) Alongside a road, but not too crowded, so still ok.

The location is excellent. Its perfectely located between Suvereto and Montioni. Its inmid of the beautiful nature but still very short ways in all directions (Suvereto, Follonia). In short: - The service was excellent - The location was excellent - The area/apartments are all brand new - The family is very friendly and very welcoming - The wine they are producing was excellent
