"Don't give the clerk the pin # to your charge cards"

Clean, nice and staff was friendly

When I went to check in they asked me to verbally give them the pin number to my card for them to type in and charge me for the room. And the breakfast wasn't very good. Everything else was great

Very clean, staff friendly. I reserved a handicapped room and called to confirm we would be arriving around 6

Through Booking.com, I reserved a handicapped room and called to confirm we would be arriving around 6 and spoke to David to assure I had a handicapped accessible room. I asked him what floor and he said second and handicapped. When we got there I was told we were on the 4th. I told them I had talked to someone earlier and we were on 2nd floor, they said now it was the 4th floor. We get to the room and it was not handicapped accessible. I was disappointed. The next day we were staying in a Tru Vu in Lehi, Utah. I followed the same procedure and asked them specifically what type room I was getting! It had bars in the shower area with a seat and bars by the commode. I was relieved as we are to stay there 4 nights!
