Bardzo syte śniadanie, happy hours z darmowymi drinkami i przekąskami to miła niespodzianka, codzienne sprzątanie, komfortowy apartament - niczego nie brakowało (codziennie dostarczano kosmetyki, wkłady do ekspresu), darmowa siłownia i basen.

Miny pań obsługujących w barze, gdy serwowały darmowe drinki w ramach happy hours. Uważam, że skoro hotel oferuje darmowe drinki, to obsługa nie musi okazywać niezadowolenia z tego powodu - przecież ktoś może skorzystać z darmowych drinków, a potem zamówić płatną kolację. Takie miny zniechęcają klientów!

The room was great

The breakfast and complementary drink time were very busy. The staff were fantastic and hustled! However one person had to handle the whole bar.

"Ok but not enough staff"

Large room, newly renovated. Quiet and efficient air conditioning. Lots of storage space in the room. The reception was very helpful with resolving issue with the booking. The pool was ok.

One of three elevators was not working throughout the entire stay. During breakfast there was not enough staff cleaning up the tables so we had to clean the table ourselves first. The queue for omelettes was 20 minutes long, the same with the queue for happy hour drink. They should get more staff and it will be ok.

Out of 3 elevators (which is already limited given the size of the structure), one was out of order for the whole 10 days (and it was already a month before) and the other two elevators broke alternatively multiple time, leaving long queues and waiting. Understandable some parts and repairs may take significant time though, it is a bit the basics for hotel management to ensure a smooth functioning of the structure.
