Little Penkernick- Newlyn with parking

pleasant stay in this comfortable, clean, very well-equipped studio on the heights of Newlin. Easy check in/ check out. parking private space.

The bathroom was small.

It was clean and hosts very friendly. It was also closed to the venue of the course I was attending

The practicalities were poor … nowhere to hang clothes, no bedside reading light, nowhere to put your coffee sitting on the sofa, shower very slippery, and bed not very comfortable.

Nice, clean self-contained studio high up on the edge of Newlyn. Full kitchen, sofa, warm & comfy bed and good shower. Friendly and helpful hosts. Can sit on the chairs just outside and catch the last of the evening sun.

Lightweight building so it can lose a lot of the day's warmth on a cold spring night...but it's a warm, comfy bed and there's a heater if you really need it.

Very clean, fresh and bright. Good kitchen facility. Plenty of privacy.

Really good location for Newlyn School of Art and parking space is a bonus. Clean and comfortable. My second stay

All good really. Due to it being February I assume, there was a faint whiff of damp from the shower but I think this is because the shower was lovely and warm but not easy to ventilate in winter. Absolutely no signs of any damp. It all looked super clean.

Great location for Newlyn School of Art. Parking space is a huge bonus. Had everything I needed and a good heater so in spite of being a cabin it is plenty warm enough. Not stylish or quaint but homely.

A coffee table in front of the sofa would be a good addition as there is limited surface space. Perhaps a coat hook somewhere too. But all in all, well equipped.

Compact one room accommodation was adequate for a few nights. Quite well equipped and reasonably priced. Off-street private parking was a bonus for the area

Location was a little bit difficult in that it was a long walk uphill from the town if you didn't want to use the car.

Cosy, enclosed and feels safe

Pillows kept falling down the gap at the head of the bed. Poor lighting leading to door and property as I arrived in the dark and left at dark.
