the property was in a good location, was close to everything we needed, kitchen appliances were clean and bed was comfortable

aircon was outside the unit(we had to pull it in), it also was in the window and didnt let the window close so our window was open for the duration of our stay and it very dirty, it also dripped water all the time and we had to clean the water which shows poor maintenance of the aircon. shower head was broken prior to arriving and one shower after the shower head broke off which made showering very uncomfortable and difficult. wifi would sometimes be very bad also which led to using our mobile data. outside door was very hard to open and opening the main door required excessive force

We loved the location. Mostly, everything we needed was within walking distance.

It was a little noisy at times. But we were provided ear plugs and eye masks. The property did not have a dishwasher, so we had to wash the dishes by hand before leaving. It took us a while to get into the property due to how the address is listed. Then, we were given the wrong code to enter the property. The situation was easily resolved by the host. We just had a few minutes of unrest.

Not being able to exchange sheets and towels for new ones also the dryer does dry the clothes all the way no matter how long you put iton

The excellent central location is on one of my favorite streets in a neighborhood where I always stay due to easy walking access to many places and transportation. The property is nicely basic, very clean, and the cleaners left some nice decorative touches which made the arrival welcoming. There is a window unit air conditioner. Ceiling fans help keep the place cool and distribute the air from the a/c. The bed was very comfortable. It was the perfect size for my needs. The location is generally quiet, especially at night. Access was easy and nothing came up where I needed to contact the hosts during my stay.

Not dislikes but some suggestions... Put a table under the mirror in the bedroom. I used the ironing board to place items I unpacked since there was no other place to put them other than the two chairs in the room or on the high shelf of the closet. A long, semi-high and not-too-wide table would work nicely and there is room for one. Replace the Venetian blinds in the bedroom. The very large blinds are sagging and cannot be properly closed to block the light when desired, and from the streetlight outside at night. New blinds would look much nicer.

Heating in the bathroom does not work and there's a draft from the window. WiFi disconnects on-off.
