Gorgeous Private Home with Heated Pool

The ONLY nice thing about this property is the pool. But DO NOT plan on it being heated on cool nights. It's NOT as the owner/host refuses to accommodate his guests' needs.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! This house looked fantastic listed with all amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub for guest use at all times. I was skeptical about it being a non-refundable property. But, I did my research, and I was confident in my choice. Two days before arrival comes "THE BOOK" of rules. The owner states he would have total control over the thermostat at all times. If you wished to use the hottub, the host needed 24 hours' notice. There would be a pool person and landscaping coming by, but would not disrupt our stay. Along with about 20 more rules. We arrived late, and our code would not work. It took nearly 45 minutes to get inside. Once in, the house was 82°. We started turning on all fans. My sons fan did not work. I immediately notified the host. NO RESPONSE. I found I had a mini fan in the main closet and put it in his room for some air, and put an order in for delivery from Walmart for more fans immediately. I let the owner know the temp in the home, and it needed to be turned down asap!!The next day we requested to use the hottub to which I was met with, "well, that's an odd request as most people don't use it this time of year in florida, but OK". We were told we needed a key. It was locked in a safe. So my husband called the host for direction.My husband was given the wrong code by the host, at which time the owner started speaking to my husband in a very condescending manner. Once open, there was a second safe. For what? I have no idea!! Finally inside, while using the hottub, my husband upped the temp. It was to go in 10 degree increments, and his BIG fingers hit it one too many times and tripped it out as it was upped 11 degrees rather than 10. We had to wait until morning for a reset. Which we understood and accepted as it was an honest mistake on our part. Tech came the next morning and said he reset the hottub. We checked 2 hours later. It was still tripped. I messaged the owner.
