Standard room is quite small. They gave us this room for three people. We couldn't move in the room. However family room is good and spacious Staff service is slow. TV was not working and AC didn't have remote The hotel Zayka that delivers food here does not provide good food. Quite average.
INThe services were really poor. I asked for the electric kettle but the person blatantly denied. He said that "the kettle was with our guest so he can't provide it".I further requested him to kindly provide warm water as my sister was sick but he didn't do so. We waited for the warm water but nobody came. Next day another official person just walked into the room without a knock without considering any privacy.
JPLocation was ok. Almost on the main road. Many shops/ vendors close by.
There was some construction going on in front of the hotel. Mosquitoes, power cut, un-professional staff.
