Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent communication, ideal location, comfortable room. Nice continental breakfast (although I think they made hard work for themselves the way they did it!)

We arrived at lunchtime due to our flights but couldn't check in until 1530. I understand that the rooms need to be cleaned but being offered somewhere to change and store valuables rather than in our car (for both!) would have been nice A kettle in all rooms would have been good but not having one wasn't an issue. The cleaner didn't always take all of the rubbish away or replace all items such as toilet rolls or towels. They did a great job with everything else though.

I booked this hotel expecting a lively, beachside escape in Gallipoli's buzzing outskirts—something with energy, nightlife, and a chill daytime scene. What I got instead felt more like a detour into a ghost town construction project. The area is a confusing mess of half-finished buildings, dusty streets, and absolutely zero signage. Even Google Maps gave up halfway. The only reason I found the place was because the manager had to literally wave me down in the street—every building looked identical, and none of them looked open for business. Checking in didn’t exactly restore confidence. The staff member looked stunned, like she just realized she’d been left in charge alone. Two nights there, and I didn’t see another employee or guest the entire time. Just me and the eerie silence. There’s nothing OPEN within walking distance—no beach, no cafes, no signs of life. The whole place has a weird, unfinished vibe that feels more unsettling than relaxing. To complete the experience, I was treated to loud construction hammering right outside my room window starting bright and early each morning. If you’re after a vibrant beach scene, skip this one. But if your idea of a vacation is navigating a concrete maze, checking into a hotel with zero atmosphere, and waking to the sweet sound of power tools, congratulations, you’ve found your dream spot.

Staff were amazing. Rooms were perfect. Dreamcast on the terrace was the highlight of my mornings.
