King Bed Apartment by Property Promise

The location was good, 30 mins walk away from the principality stadium. The beds were comfy. Quick response from Property Promise regarding questions on exact location (wanted to clarify which shop it was above before we went)

The shower was awful. There was hardly any pressure, and it was either boiling or freezing

Tap didn't work in bathroom, toilet seat not fitted correctly. Under throw in lounge area sofa bed covered in stains. £632 for the pleasure. Awful. Worst place I have ever stayed.

Property was good location to the concert. It took 20 mins to walk to Blackweir Fields. Decent sized bedrooms and beds.

Upon arrival, I accessed the keys as instructed. However, we couldn’t get in through the outside door. It turned out, that key wasn’t on the key ring in the key safe we had been given the code for. This could have been resolved quickly as it turned out there was another key safe, with a different code and some master keys. It took 45 minutes and long conversations for them to tell us this. There were 3 keys on that one and only 2 on the set we had originally accessed. We could have been told this straight away and saved ourselves 45 minutes standing in the sun with luggage. They did message later to apologise for our inconvenience. The toilet seat isn’t secured properly, so slides when you sit down. The blue cushion on one of the beds wasn’t clean (some dubious stains).

Beds were super comfy and the property is in a good location for what we needed.

The property was really dirty, there was a used condom on the floor. The property had a horrible smell and the kitchen was filthy. Everything had been bodged together, duck tape on the shower ect. There was also tin foil over the smoke detector, which wasn’t very safe. When we arrived the code had been left on the key box so any one could have taken the keys before we arrived.

Great location, lovely building and good value for money, plus the rooms are huge x

Just the location was ok and bed was very comfortable. Bedding was clean

Very unclean the kitchen the bathroom , hallway and no hot water after midnight . The toilet seat was broken . Generally poor facilities.

One of the bedrooms window wouldn’t open!! Which cause the room to be stuffy and boiling all night so had a very bad sleep fan was on but didn’t do anything will not be staying there again , toilet seat was broken so every time you sat down it would slide the left or right coffee was old and cheap with solid bits at the bottom no sugar topped up in the glass jar either!! Street was loud when we were in the living room but not to bad once we gone to bed but could still hear shouting and things

Shockingly filthy and in an awfully dilapidated state of repair. Bathroom very dirty, shower door broken, multiple cigarette burns on sofa and beds, bed linen and furniture upholstery stained and worn out. Holes in walls/plaster, located in an utterly awful area. Shared building, neighbours are heavy drug users who kept us up ALL night with cannabis smoke, loud music and partying, whole building reeks permanently of mould and cannabis. Windows if property unable to shut due to disrepair, sink backing up with waste water from communal drain. By a very significant margin the most atrociously filthy, badly maintained and unsafe rental property I have ever experienced, ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPLETE BOMBSITE OF A HOUSE AT ALL COSTS!
