Right from reception to allocation of the room to neatness to parking. All things mentioned over the website was a lie

Nothing as it was the worst stay due to helplessness

Staff weren't cooperative the person who manages property said our booking shows cancelled and did not cooperate or ready to help us, instead asked us to pay directly without booking.com. parking lot provided is filled with dung uncleaned for may be 20-25 days. No room service not water. No complimentary breakfast as mentioned. AC was not working had to wait for an hour to change. Made us sit at reception stating our booking cancelled and cannot give room to us.
