Location close to Ciwalk

Everything was a total disappointment. From the very start.. something was not right. When arrived, wanted to check in but there's no special place or reception. Apparently my booking made via booking.com went to an Agent. What aggravated me most, the so called 'Agent' cannot be found. Called many times. No response. When asked around some people said it's normal for the Agents not to be at the premise. They are elsewhere. This happened often & many guests got disappointed & left. After many attemps calling & sending sms & watsap messages, finally the 'Agent' replied. Wasted 40 mins. He explained he has no office there but will send a person to represent him & bring me the key. Waited another 25 minutes. Everything was unclear & seemed 'dodgy' from the moment I got there. When brought to the room, shocking & horrifying.. Terribly dirty, not cleaned, drawers full of old bills of previous guests... traces of cigarette ashes inside drawers. Room smelled of humidity .. Under the kitchen cabinet, a huge pile of dirt.. looks like a rat's nest. I walked into the room, there's a broom right in front of you. Looked as if the housekeeper was in a rush & simply left it there. Toilet was disgusting. Under the toilet bowl, scrumpy with black stains, old toohbrush was there. Shower hose broken.. Everything was DIRTY & UNSANITIZED. Outside the small balcony, 2 wet towels of previous guests were still hanging on the barricades. Was so disgusting. After sending the photos to the agent. Was given another room. This time, a little better but when you walk in, there's cockroach... I decided not to stay there. Total disappointment. Very unhygenic place & not good especially for the safety & health wise. Contradict to the reviews. I gathered all those good reviews were 'fake ones' as they got their own staff giving unlucky guests like us be prey & fooled.
