Zanzibari holiday home by Liv Zanzibar

I never saw a beautiful apartment like this before. Every 2 days the people clean it. It was so nice rooms and all fresh and in a perfect style. Even the TV was availabele and we could watch youtube all the time. And very good wifi exept in the room in the back. :) but no problem for us.

Nothing was bad. We loved it there!!

The place being close to a lot of restaurants

This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday weekend getaway with my sister but ended up being something I can't even put into words. I was really looking forward to my stay but I kept on being hit by disappointment after disappointment. Firstly since the place can be hard to locate I was calling for directions but for a while no one was responding and when they finally did I had already figured it out myself and had to wait for someone to come and let us in. Secondly before my stay I asked about WiFi and was told they have it but unfortunately they didn't I was told someone will come fix that in a few minutes but no one ever came, why say you have it if you don't just be straightforward. Thirdly they mentioned payment can be either cash or card but apparently it was only cash. Fourthly there is no hot water. The owner will say one thing and her staff will say the other which was very misleading.I'm not one to write reviews like this but this being it was supposed to be my birthday weekend I am so disappointed it all went to waste.

It is 3-5 minutes to beach and the room was spacious and we had good amenities. It was as well very close to center, restaurants and shops. We had possibility for early check-in that helped a lot. Also the communication went very smooth.

Right under our bedroom and bathroom windows there were some people that were staying there and every morming at 6-7 am they were talking and having shower and it was noisy for us so we couldn't sleep well. And the water pressure for shower was low.

Miły personel .Do plaży zaledwie pare minut pieszo .Lokalny klimat. Funkcjonalne mieszkanko przyzwoicie wyposażona kuchnia.

Wieczorami bywało dość głośno .Bardzo częste braki prądu a co za tym idzie również brak internetu i klimatyzacji .(właściciel powinien zaiwestować w agregat prądotwórczy).Palone w koło śmieci i zapach wpadający do pomieszczeń .Mimo ochrony obiektu z suszarki na ubranie zginęły mi dwie pary krótkich spodenek co wpłyneło na niższe poczucie bezpieczeństwa .Basen malutki i nie zachęcający do wejścia .Lodówka w kuchni w tragicznym stanie.

Facilities and comfortability

The small house is beautiful not for 2 but for 1 it's really budget friendly

It was not what we saw in the pictures. And i couldn't breathe cause of paint smell.
