這次入住整體體驗其實是很不錯的，服務、地點以及住宿環境都令人滿意。

唯一想提供的一點建議，是關於旅館整體空氣與除濕的部分。入住的前一兩天因為天氣較潮濕，一走進旅館時，整體空間有比較明顯的潮濕、霉味，第一印象會讓人覺得空氣品質稍微受到影響。雖然礁溪本身氣候較濕可以理解，但即使遇到天氣不佳，旅館在除濕與氣味管理方面，或許還是可以再加強一些，例如除濕設備或空氣除臭的處理，讓住宿品質能維持在比較穩定的狀態。有趣的是，大約從第二天後半到第三天，天氣轉好之後，旅館整體聞起來就舒服很多，空間裡甚至有淡淡香香的味道，住起來感覺就完全不一樣，也讓人明顯感受到有處理和沒處理的差別。所以這是這次住宿唯一比較想建議的地方：無論天氣如何，旅館的空氣品質與除濕管理都很重要，因為第一印象真的會影響整體住宿感受。若這部分能再加強，相信整體住宿體驗會更加完美。

有提供免費停車場，住宿周圍也相當熱鬧及便利，免費早餐也很美味跟滿意，房間整體來說還不錯也很寬敞，房內的泡湯區也很大，先生身高180公分腳是可以伸直的，服務人員都和藹可親，超讚！
