We had a wonderful stay at KOKO Hotel Residence Kyoto Nijo Castle. The room was very spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the separate shower and toilet, making the bathroom very convenient for families. The housekeeping team replaced our towels every day, which was a nice touch. Most importantly, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

Nothing significant. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The room was fantastic. We had a wonderful view from our 7th floor. The loft beds were cool. Overall it was very comfortable room to hang out in. The location was on a nice, quiet street. Easy walk to Nico Castle and some restaurants.

The major sites were more of a walk than I would have preferred.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W recepcji dostępne nieopłatnie niezbędniki typu szczoteczka do zębów, ale i fajne udogonienia jak kartki z instrukcją do składania origami. Pokój komfortowy, czysty. Fajne połączenie japońskiego stylu z zachodnim.

Clean, friendly staff. Large room, lots of amenities in the room. Modern hotel.

Noisy floors, could easily here upstairs guests moving around, they where noisy. Pillows not great. Location is good, but do expect to use public transport and/or walk alot.
