The staff is wonderfuly friendly and makes you feel like at home. Whatever you need they are there. They provide additional cosmetics for your convince. Rooms are nicely decorated. You feel like in Japan. Laundry facilities are downstairs for just a little bit extra money.

The pots and pans needs to be replaced.

L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme de Kyoto, à une dizaine de minutes du métro et des bus, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir disposer d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche linge. La chambre est plutôt bien agencé et la vue sur la ville est top !

Nous avions beaucoup de valises, et il manque peut-être de place pour pouvoir les poser sans que cela ne soit trop dérangeant.
