Staff was not available(barely seen) at the outdoor area. Terrace was probably not yet fully ready for the spring season (old leaves, uncleaned surfaces on outdoor stairs, furniture)

Rooms were a little basic for the price, and the amenities needed a little TLC. Staff were lovely and helpful but seemed to be short-staffed and service was a little slow.

Being on the top floor of 4 floors which being the loft area meant this couldn’t be serviced by the lift.

Le service proposé en cas de mauvais temps est très limité… pas d’endroit où se poser

Bruit non identifié à certains moments pendant la nuit ("clong" donc porte qui claque? ascenceur? ventilation?) Salle de bain (douche) petite même si cela n'a pas vraiment été un problème. Manque une lumière "de chevet" près du canapé lit car notre fils n'avait que le plafonnier qui éclairait toute la chambre.
