"Lipsa de politete si implicare a personalului. Dezamagitor"

Este o locatie supraevaluata, situata intr un cartier aglomerat si fara intimitate. Persoana de contact "Zen" a raspuns foarte greu si fara o implicare politicoasa. A fost solicitata o schimbare de data care era de bun simt si nu a avut nici cea mai mica dorinta de a rezolva. O implicare foarte slaba a personalului in satisfactia clientilor. Acest apartament isi merita o nota de maxim 7,5 iar pentru personalul "Zen" o nota de maxim 4. Decat sa ai de-a face cu oameni atat de neimplicati si nepoliticosi, mai bine o cazare in alta locatie. Nu as recomanda nimanui acest apartament.
