Satus Finem Egnatia's Luxury Apartment

Everything was really good. Apartmant is new and has everything you need. It is clean, spacious and warm. The host of the apartmant is kind, and always on the service. We were feeling line we were home.

Apartment is new, nicely decorated and clean. Location is very good, in city center with walking distance to many restaurants, bars or sightseeing. Our host Marinela was very kind and helpful, she replied to every questions we had very quickly.

Only weak point was pillow, which was very thick and hard. We had to take them from couch in living room.

We appreciate the kindness and flexibility of the host regarding check-in and check-out!

The location was good for us since we needed to be in the center. The wifi and hot water were good and the place was clean

The owner was very unpleasant about our requests for: shampoo (we were told that they dont know if there is any but if there wasnt we could buy our own-there was some in the apartment), 2 keys (they said no and then agreed to a lockbox with 2 keys) and a sharp knife and hangers for the closests. The owner brought the knife and hangers but when we asked to fix the Netflix (which didnt work the whole time) he wrote: "Other time for your best service go to hotel please" and then "Do you want to make a deal ? I will come to give you Netflix, I will change the tv, I will buy you adapter and you can stay for all the days of your reservation. The only thing I want from you, is to not making a review. Do you agree ?". We told him that we would leave the keys on our last day and didnt need Netflix because we didnt want to engage with him anymore. They also called the apartment a luxury apartment which it wasnt (the bedding and the bed itself were uncomfortable), no espresso machine (just coffee filter with no coffee or filter) and no special toiletries. The building and elevator itself is very old even though the apartment is new and modern looking- but certainly not luxury.

Apartment was very good,new, very nicely furnished, very clean and nothing was missing. good location,near the center.

The hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable. Prior to arrival they quickly responded to my questions. We were allowed to check in earlier. The apartment is clean and beautifully furnished. The location is great too. Lovely experience.
