Appartamento molto ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per la vita di tutti i giorni. Alessandra è stata gentilissima e ci ha lasciato molta libertà per quanto riguarda il check-out, cosa che ci è stata di grande aiuto. L’appartamento è molto curato, con attenzione ai dettagli e soprattutto molto pulito. Anche suo marito, che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, è stato molto gentile ed educato e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove trovare tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Insomma, tutto perfetto! Torneremo sicuramente!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soggiorno perfetto! Appartamento semplicemente fantastico! Pulizia impeccabile, ambienti curati e arredati con gusto, dotato di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ideale, comoda per muoversi e vicina a tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente l’host: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto attento a ogni dettaglio. Check-in e check-out semplici e senza stress. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la tranquillità della zona e l’atmosfera accogliente dell’appartamento, che ha reso il soggiorno davvero rilassante. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a chiunque! Se tornerò in zona, sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta. 😊

Tanto Alessandra como Antonio fueron muy amables y se mostraron disponibles en todo momento. Recomiendo este apartamento.

Appartamento vicinissimo alla spiaggia, dotato di tutti i comfort, in complesso residenziale nuovo, vicino a ben due supermercati, e altri servizi. La proprietaria ci ha lasciato a disposizione anche ombrelloni e stuoie per il mare, ci ha fatto trovare anche acqua fresca, latte, biscotti, caffè, tutto per la colazione, persino le candele alla citronella per l'esterno!

Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere un tavolino da colazione in veranda, anche se come si vede dalle foto è già ben dotata di divanetti, a noi piace sfruttare molto l'esterno sia per la colazione che per la cena, le volte che decidiamo di non uscire dopo una lunga giornata di mare.

Heerlijk ruim appartement op begane grond. Met name het terras is aantrekkelijk. Omdat het buiten de stad zelf ligt is er genoeg parkeerplaats. Helaas zijn er geen bomen dus de auto staat al gauw vol in de zon. Maar daar kunnen de eigenaren niks aan doen. Eigenaren heel attent en geven lokale tips. Goed bereikbaar in het Engels via WhatsApp.

Het is nog best een stukje rijden naar Cagliari zelf (klein half uur). Maar daardoor wel rustig gelegen.

Everything. Very well thought lodging. It has anything you may need for vacations and even more. Spacious, recently renovated, clean! It has a huge terrace-garden. Incredible hosts!!!

We highly recommend Sophia's house appartmento. It's spacious, clean and fully equipped with all basic stuff - from kitchen utensils, basic kitchen ingredients like salt, olive oil, dried herbs, tea, coffee etc., cleaning products, shower/bathroom cosmetics to iron + ironing board, beach umbrella even beach toys for younger kids. So everything you could think of is there. The flat is very well located - you can easily get to wonderful beaches on the south coast or visit Cagliari. And most importantly apartment's owners are carrying and responsive. Due to a delayed flight we arrived late at night and that was not a problem, Mr. Antonio waited for us patiently and took the time to tell us everything about the apartment, nearby restaurants, to see spots in Sardinia - everything clearly explained and shown on the map. Thank you for having us!

A modern new apartment in a quiet area close to supermarkets and bus stops and everything you need within walking distance, and you can even reach the Poetto beach by foot! The apartment is on the ground floor with a large patio to be lived outdoors. Complete with everything and more. The hosts are super friendly.. Really you couldn't ask for a better stay in fabulous Sardinia. TOP.
