Kitchen Equipment needs improvement

It's a beautiful villa with an amazing swimming pool and mountain view. The whole facility is big, clean and well maintained. Spacious living with direct access to the swimming pool is brilliant. 3 double bedrooms with big and comfortable beds, AC units in all bedrooms. Plenty of spaces to unpack - massive wardrobes. Kitchen is well equipped in everything you need for your stay. There is lovely garden with lemon and fig trees so you can enjoy fresh fruits from the trees. The area is quiet and safe as this is gated community - please note there is only one exit you can use but it's easy to navigate. Free parking spaces on the street. Very good communication with the host. When arrived on agreed time someone was already waiting for us to handing over the keys and show us around the property. Everything went very well, we loved every minute here. Definitely recommend to have a car or at least a scooter.

Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool and villa is really big and the garden beautifully maintained. Air con in the bedrooms was very welcome.

Nothing we didn’t like however this is a two bathroom property I think they say 3 as there are two showers and a toilet in the basement where the pool motor is. Not convenient to use as stairs are steep and with wet feet not really safe. We had to share a bathroom with our Son but that’s not the end of the world. The kitchen needs more equipment such as food prep bowls and knives., grater.I am sure Cristina would have organised that for us but we just got on with it. There is no dishwasher but I knew that before we went . It is also quite small and could do with an extra food prep station. I love to cook so perhaps I am being picky

The swimming pool is the highlight of this Villa. It's huge for a private pool. Air con in all three double bedrooms. It also has two bathrooms and a large living space.

Would benefit from clear instructions on how to find the villa - it's in a gated area and there's only one way in and out, which Google Maps (or equivalent) doesn't account for. You probably do need a car if you stay here.

The location is very handy for the beach. We walked it a couple of times, but a car is possible for the faint-hearted.

I have drawn Cristina's attention to a couple of small omissions in the kitchen, and I'm confident they will be put right.

The villa is huge, you have a lot of space. Air cobditioners was n the rooms worked fine. Big kitchen included with almost everything you could ask for. Washing machine was available too. Two terraces. Especially the huge pool is really amazing! It is even cooler with the lights on in the evening. The location is safe, in a gated community. Close to Palermo and Mondello Beach, but I would recommended to have a rental car.

There was no dishwasher (but I saw that before in the description). The gated community has only one exit we could use, which was fine, but a little bit confusing. Google Maps has some problems with these exits.
