"Very comfortable, brand new apartment but further to the center of city than I had hoped."

No breakfast or dining options close by. Once I figured out how, Alexandra (spoke english) was very helpful over WhatsApp.

communication about keys. It took some time for security to figure out my room location. I wasn't entirely sure I was in the right place. Internet was not operational for first day but Alexandra (phone contact) took care of it.

"Good apartment for a short stay"

The property was very clean, spacious, it even had 2 bathrooms for a 1-bed apartment. The building is very modern but remotely placed. I would stay here again.

There is a large living room with an open-space kitchen layout, however there is no TV. I wonder why? There is a coffee maker but no spare paper filters, coffee or sugar. Must be replace with a modern pods machine, nobody has time to go to the nearest supermarket and buy suitable paper filters for that specific size and coffee. Drywall throughout the property, including the neighboring apartments, can get noisy at night.
