"A nice stay on the Mekong River in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand"

Good breakfast, comfortable seating, nice view of the Mekong River, clean rooms, good shower, very helpful staff. Pool was clean and very refreshing.

My main criticism concerns the air conditioning. When operated in "Eco Mode" to get a quieter fan speed, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the room, kind of moldy. To avoid this we always operated the AC in "standard" mode but that made it difficult to get to sleep. Without a car it is a long walk into the centre of the city.
