Everything was perfect. Thanks to the host.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a twin house. It's quite large and equipped with everything you need. We visited during the off-season, with some days being warm and others rainy. The overall temperature in the apartment was fine for us. If we felt a bit cold, we used the heater in the air conditioner. Radiator heating is also available, but we didn't need to use it, so I can't comment on its effectiveness. As we arrived late in the evening, it was nice to find a small welcome gift from the host with free snacks and water. The apartment is within walking distance of the sea. Parking is free of charge in front of the apartment, and we always found a spot right by the entrance.

The beds in the kids' bedroom could be more stable and comfortable. The sound insulation in the bedroom could also be improved, as we could hear the neighbors in the early hours when they were preparing for work. However, this wasn't a major issue and is fully understandable as the house is not newly built.

The care taker was so friendly !!!

A dream house with garden very near to the beach. Valya was very helpful and kind lady.

It is amazing apartment. I recommend for all people going to this area..So clean and tidy . Have everything for the needs and have cleaner and everything is 24/7 checked ...I love this appartment.

All is as advertised: big bedrooms, cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen (including tablets for dishwasher, coffee, cookies, etc.), courtyard with pizza oven and grill. Good mattresses, linen, and towels. Very good shower cabins. 20 min. driving until free parking near metro station EUR Fermi. From there - about 20 min to Rome's center (e.g. - Colosseo metro station) 10 min. walk to the sea beach. 15 min. drive to Castel Romano outlet village. 30 min. drive to Fumicino airport. The hostess is very friendly and hospitality.

No closet in the second "children" bedroom (with two beds). Unfortunately, our stay was too short, only two nights, and we had not enough time to fully enjoy the place.

Big house

Owner controls AC remotely from Germany. We were cooking first two nights and last day also as there eas no way to turn on AC and owner refused to let us control it from our remotes. Like in the 1977 movie Demon Seed when AI cooks a guy in a rekotely controlled house. If you are used to AC avoid this place. I even offered to pay for electricity bill.
