Vila Majda Elegant Apartments with Prime Location and Parking

The house is in a quiet area with embassies nearby. The house itself also looks like a former embassy. There are two parking spaces inside the yard, right in the front door. Access to the building is online with a link sent to us by the owners. There is one apartment on each of the 4 floors. I assume that they are all different in size and quality from the point of view of the original purpose of the premises. We were in apartment N3. The apartment itself has huge potential and it is obvious that when it was originally built it was great. Now it is still good, but there are things that prevent me from giving it the maximum rating. The first and most important thing is cleanliness. Not dirty in the classic sense of the word, but it is clear that the efforts made to maintain it are minimal: dusty carpets, a few hairs both on the duvets (we were not sure if they were changed), as well as in the shower cabin and in other places. Over the years, the walls are stained and need repainting. There are enough cups, but we didn't use them because they looked suspicious. We found coffee capsules, but there was no coffee maker... Strange really. The pillows in the master bedroom are a change - small, soft and uncomfortable. There was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the terrace. In summary - a lot of potential and past splendor, but with insufficient maintenance. In addition - the garbage barrel next to the parking spaces was overflowing and much of the garbage was scattered on the ground.

Very nice home. Comfortable and warm. Beautiful furnishings. Nice area to walk around. Close to supermarket and cafè. Safe neighborhood.

Parking space was taken and had to use street parking. Pictures are of all apartments in the residence, not Just the One you are staying at so we thought we would have different lodgings than where we actually stayed. That said It was still very nice, Just not what we expected.

Erst mal zu dem Guten. Die Lage ist top, man ist schnell in der Stadt. Mit dem Personal hatten wir nur per Mail Kontakt, der war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nun zum Rest. Die Decke hatte den Eindruck, als ob der Putz gleich runter kommt. In der Dusche Schimmel an der Decke und der TV war komplett zerstört. Leider war auch ein dauerhaftes Geräusch, dass an Schlafen nicht zu denken war. Ich habe mich dann verzweifelt und übermüdet ins Auto gelegt.

Everything was great. You get full apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. Secure parking. Glad we stayed there. We will come again.

Posizione non molto distante dal centro e casa facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto, parcheggio all'interno del cancello, pulizia dell'appartamento, riscaldamento, prodotti per il bagno.
