Lovely Quiet Central apartment near Heroes Square By Cavaland

The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious! The location is very accessible (5 minutes to Metro or Bus station), very close to the Comunism Museum and Thermal Baths. It is well equipped and is in a quiet area. The only minor issue (for coffee drinkers) is the coffee machine for which we didn’t found capsules, but there’s a small coffee shop (A99) at 5 minutes distance. Also nice restaurants in the area (Paprika).

Usually, families with children do not book these types of accommodations, so I am leaving a review. The building itself is very old, cold, and dreary, but the furniture and electronics inside are clean. What could be wrong with the staff who communicate via WhatsApp? They cannot solve problems, but they try to be quick and kind.

1. Distance: The park, terme, and circus are close for adults, but for children, it is too far to walk and too close to take a taxi. (There are no lights near the accommodation at night, especially.) 2. Smell: I booked the accommodation believing in the advantages of the management, but I experienced everything that happened because the owner was not there. Visit to leave my luggage in advance When I opened the door, I almost vomited because of the cigarette smoke There was a maid cleaning the place, so I gave her a tip and asked her to pay more attention to the cleaning. My husband, who is a smoker, said that it felt like someone had been smoking for 2-3 days, and the company apologized for me being an ‘unfortunate’ guest who had met the wrong previous customer. We checked out and moved to a different hotel, but the clothes we had hung still smelled so strongly that we did all the laundry. 3. Cleaning: We didn't move it on purpose to take pictures. When I tried to plug in the charger, I saw that there was a lot of dust behind the furniture. You can tell that the whole house wasn't properly cleaned, but that they made it look like it was 'cleaned'. 4. Shops: If you like coffee, take some by yourself. There is a coffee machine, but there are no capsules and I don't know the brand, so I couldn't drink coffee right away. and the mini-market is a 5-minute walk, but there aren’t large supermarkets if you want to cook so need some groceries . In addition, the coffee pot needs to be cleaned urgently. I've rarely left a bad comment on this platform. I think the owner of this hotel needs improvement. Having stayed at other accommodations in the Pest area, I can feel the seriousness of this place.

Quiet location, walking distance to attractions, nice interior

Some minor things need attention, eg no shower curtain, curtains in room are out of the hooks, kitchen needs a salad bowel, grater, colander, yea towels
