Paradice Hotel Luxury Suites-Near zorbas Beach-FREE Breakfast

This hotel doesn't provide complimentary Shuttle service. They will charge you, to the beach or airport. The room doesn't have wifi. As the signal isn't strong enough. It is nicely designed and decorated.

Our 4 day stay at this hotel was nothing short of relaxing and rejuvenating. The owners and staff treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel pool was right outside our door and a beautiful, not so crowded, beach was just a short walk from the hotel. We also took a hike one evening up the mountain behind the hotel to a cave with an amazing view. The free wifi worked perfectly along with the A/C. We also had delicious breakfast prepared for us each morning. You wouldn't even know this place existed until you are right on-top of it and you walk into a wonderful site of fruit trees, a large pool and a wonderful staff to greet you. The hotel is located outside of Chania, about a 20 min drive or €20 taxi ride. The owners also speak english well, a definite plus for us! We will be staying here again.

Everything about the hotel was great, except that the distance from any activity was a tad disconcerting. This was remedied by renting a car with the staffs' organising for a very reasonable price.

My son & I stayed here July 2013 as we were a little nervous... it was the first time I had taken him away alone! Instantly, from the moment we were picked up from the airport, we felt relaxed and at ease. The family who run The Paradise hotel are outstanding, friendly, polite, great English and very attentive. We had breakfast made to order each morning, information about the local area if required, & clean modern rooms to stay in. Vicky cooked in the evening if required & when the family went to bed - we stayed up and chatted, which made me feel so at ease. Due to the family nature of the hotel, I had no issues sending my 6yr old up the room alone to use the facilities. I needed to relax - despite being aware with a child alone, I was totally able to do this! Very accommodating in every possible way, and to everyone else that entered. Real passion as it is a family business! I have stayed in many hotels over the world - and this exceeds expectations with a great family feel.

Lovely quiet hotel run by the ever smiling Vicki and her family. Rooms are bright and spotlessly clean. Locking wardrobe and fridge in the rooms. Coffee and juice available in reception 24 hours a day. Housekeeping every day except Sunday. (hardworking Stella deserves a day off). Pleasant grounds with water fall and several sitting areas. Level walk of about 1/2 mile to the calm, sandy beach where Zorba's dance was filmed and several pleasant and reasonable tavernas nearby. En route to the beach are 2 small but well stocked mini markets. We hired a car and were able to visit the lovely hinterland of western Crete and go into the charming and picturesque Chania for sightseeing and dinner. there are local buses but not sure how frequently they run

This family run hotel is situated in a beautiful town within walking distance of one of the most amazing beaches in Crete. Upon arrival you are greeted with the warmest Cretian hospitality and a smile. Our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating especially Vicky who was always keen to assist us and give us valuable advice on where to eat and go. If you want peace and quiet this is definitely the place to stay and is great value for money. Already planning our next trip back to Paradice Hotel hopefully next year.

My partner and I have just returned from Stavros Crete staying for two weeks at the Paradice Hotel. Although the hotel was full it did not feel that way as we often had the pool area to ourselves. It is a quiet hotel situated near a beautiful beach and a few restaurants all serving wonderful traditional Cretan food. The hotel is decorated and furnished to a very high ‘boutique’ standard and kept spotlessly clean by Stella, the lovely Greek lady who will make time to stop and chat. Stella cleans the rooms daily, and changes linen and towels. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with balconies where you can enjoy an evening drink. All rooms are equipped with a fridge so you can stock up on fruit, drinks etc from the nearby supermarket, rooms also have hairdryer, telephone and air con. Breakfast is served when you get up, just stroll down to the pool area, help yourself to coffee and juice and breakfast will be freshly cooked and brought to you. We loved that each day the food was different from bacon and eggs, cheese, ham, toast, yogurt, honey, fruit etc. Again, each morning the pool area was quiet, the food cooked well and a great way to start the day. The owners Vicky and Mathew and their three sons are fantastic hosts. We spent many evenings chatting to them in the reception area. They cannot do enough to make you feel welcome in their home. They will do anything to ensure you enjoy your holiday. They will advise on car rental, bus times, good restaurants, anything.

Hotel owners and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly we would definitely go back .

Vicki is wonderful and makes you feel like a guest in her home. Hotel is maintained to perfection. Only stayed one night but will definitely return the next time we plan a trip to the area. This hotel is a gem.

Beautiful, small and well cared for hotel with such friendly and accommodating staff, we were very well looked after. Excellent location near enough to the airport and nearest town to not be a hassle but had a rural feel with lovely beaches nearby.
