"Great vacation home access to so many sites, beaches and shops!"

The property was amazing! Very close to the historic district of St. Augustine to walk around the shops, tours, and history of the city! Loved the little neighborhood we truly could almost walk to the district itself as well! Close to so many beaches and grocery stores if needed!

"Relaxing experience in historic St Augustine"

Very convenient location close to downtown St. Augustine. The house was perfect for a weekend stay and had all the amenities necessary.

The only note I would give is that the showers would suddenly become scorching hot randomly without touching the handle, other than that everything was good.

Loved this beautiful little place! Plenty of room and it had everything we needed! It was modern and included the finest details! There were night lights in the bathrooms and portable lanterns in case of a power outage. Matt was a wonderful host! We will be back for sure!
