L'appartement est très agréable et l'immeuble n'ayant que 2 appartements est très silencieux. Idéal pour une famille. L'hôtesse est toujours disponible par message.

Appartamento molto curato in posizione ottima

La posizione era ottima per il centro della città e ben servita da tanti locali a pochi passi....quartiere molto carino, pieno di gente..molto comodo il parcheggio privato.

Non mi è piaciuto perché era un piano rialzato senza finestre apribili, perché le due camere da letto non avevano privacy essendo comunicanti senza porta e perché il bagno alla francese non aveva piani di appoggio e molto piccolo, inoltre volendo prendere un caffè nn era disponibile nemmeno una capsula non acquistabile nelle vicinanze.

Good location - 20 mins walk to city center Quiet, spacious place (everything in one big room + bathrooms) with comfortable beds.

This is not a regular apartment in a building - this is some sort of an addition, all windows facing a seriously unpleasant courtyard and dozens of balconies. No TV (it’s still in the photos included in the ad) which after reservation host explains that its for your benefit so you can escape your daily routine. There’s no info about the WiFi name and pasword - you have to ask the host for it. There is no internal AC unit with remote but there is some sort of room temperature adapter which you cannot control/regulate so it was pretty hot inside in the afternoon. Missing bathrom mirror, hole in the wall where toilet paper holder used to be… People have been mentioning this in their reviews for months and it still remains the same. Only a few spoons, forks and small knives - no real cutting knife or breadknife, no cutting board, no utencils of any kind. But that’s ok because pots and pans are very limited (that one pan you have there desperately needs replacing) and a portable electric stove (not the one in the ad photos) is pretty weak and with two rusted plates - not strong enough to cook on them (tried). Parking spot is pretty narrow (between a wall and a fence) so you have to be careful with entering/exiting the car of it’s not a small, city car. No decoration whatsoever, true hospital vibes with grey walls.

Was our second time in this apartment and we love it. This time we also met the owner who was super nice and helpful. The apartment is located in a good area with shops nearby and a very good cafe,Caffetteria dell'Università.

The position of the place were really good and close to porta Nova.

Sadly it was very humid in the apartment and therefore very cold.
