THEY DIDN'T GIVE US ANY ROOM. WHEN WE REACHED AT THE HOTEL...THEY SAID THEY ARE FULL. I HAVE THE BOOKING.COM VOUCHER WHERE ITS CLEARLY MENTION THAT YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED STILL THEY DFIDNT GIVE US ROOMS EVEN THEY HAVENT ENTERTAINED US. WE HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL FOR STAY. REALLY ITS PATHETIC EVEN MORE THAN PATHETIC. STAFF BEHAVIOUR WERE PATHETIC. WE TREATED LIKE WE ARE BEGGARS ......I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM. i HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED BOOKING.COM BUT DIDNT GET ANY HELP.
