Modern Downtown St Petersburg Studio Pet-Friendly Affordable!

First of all, the place smelled and felt with heavy mildew and humidity. In the room, they had a portable air conditioner and the wall unit as well. They had an air cleaner, which did not help with the smell. My unit was next to a common door that every time a renter would go out or in, the door slammed really hard and loud and kept me awake and couldn't sleep. I was stuck in this horrible room because they specifically said no refund in their ad. What a bad experience. For my rental. And the lady who was in charge of the complex, not a pleasant experience.

*Scam*! We paid and viewed pictures of the adorable modern apt in downtown. We were told a day before our trip that we couldn’t stay there because of a window that needed fixing in the bathroom and they had another place for us. I said I didn’t want a different location. They never offered any compensation for our inconveniences. It felt like,” just deal with it “! It was right next to the entrance/exit ramp of the busy highway. It was old and in an uncomfortable (scary) end of town. We paid for an experience we didn’t get.

The location

We confirm for 3 adults was only the bed with sheets, we called for more 3 days after we had it. We have the set of towels only for 1 person.

It was a tad smaller than I thought but it was still very cozy and clean and not too small. the ac makes a funny nose but that’s about it, everything was good the bed was comfy, definitely good for one or two people but no more than that.
