The location was excellent. All staff were so welcoming. All facilities were great.

Close to the airport. Gated community. Parking available. Good size apartment. Generally responsive host.

The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. Heavy luggage may be a problem. There was no electricity when we arrived and it had been that way the whole day. It would have been good if the host had informed us in advance. The electricity did come on about 30 mins after our arrival, though the security guard had told us that it wasn't expected to come on at all. This had caused us a lot of concern and at that time the host was uncontactable as she was driving. There were a few issues with the bedroom light not working and a shower handle being out of action, but generally the apartment was comfortable. The payment method mentions that cash is not accepted and it is not automatically charged to the card by Booking.com. Preferred payment ios by M-Pesa through a Kenyan number. Otherwise, you need to pay by cash.

Nothing not to like.

Furniture, spacious, internet connectivity, access, security, cleanliness of compound, Gallery Mall close by with Naivas, banks, ATM’s, local pubs to wine and dine, close proximity to the SGR train. If I happen to visit this is my number one go to place for staycation. The host Celline one of the best I have encountered.

Check in was flexible and smooth. The place was spacious and cleanliness was top notch👌. Another amazing fact of the apartment location was its proximity to the Airport and SGR( Train Station), very convenient. Host was very welcoming, communicative and made us feel at home. This place is absolutely spotless and incredibly cozy! The kitchen is equipped with beautiful dishes and cutlery, making every meal feel special. The living room is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The wardrobes are spacious and well-designed, including a fantastic walk-in closet. There's also an iron and ironing board for added convenience. The lovely balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Netflix is available, so you'll never run out of entertainment options. The property boasts twin bathrooms, both featuring nice hot showers with complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and other essentials provided. This place truly feels like a home away from home! Stayed December and again in January

Honestly I can't fault it

Celline was very accommodating, we had a layover of 18hrs so she allowed us to have a late check out, property was very neat and close to the airport which is definitely a plus pointer, will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a short stay
