Gorgeous House in Newquay walking distance from Fistral Beach

There was plenty of space for 12 people to live together and apart, when necessary. The location was so close to Fistral that a walk down with boards and bags was a breeze.

The pillows were very soft, and the beds hard but that's down to preference. It was a fantastic place to stay and communication was great too.

A lovely 3 story house, suited my family of 9 very well, enough space for all of us. I’m disabled so great to have an en- suite bed & bathroom downstairs.

outside area was a little neglected, would be fantastic if they could opten the back living room into a balcony like next doors, it would make a huge difference to be able to sit and see the sea.

Each family member having their own space eg each family had their own landing and we all had bathrooms perfect for large families

Parking not the best if you have more then one car

- Location is perfect for the beach and the town - All rooms were beautifully made up and decorated - loads of space for all of us (needed when there were 8 adults and 4 children) - really easy check in - parking round back was great as well as us managing to always get a space out the front of the property! - large dining table which was lovely for us to all be able to sit together and have our family meals - beds very comfy

- only 1 dishwasher tablet left for a 2 night stay - should be at least the same number of tablets for nights staying at the minimum - only a drop of washing up liquid left, which made cleaning up difficult with only 1 dishwasher tablet - fire alarm battery was gone in downstairs bedroom causing it to bleep constantly - lightbulbs gone in 2 lamps (feel like this should have been checked pre check in)

The location was great, bedroom combinations were perfect and kitchen facilities were really well stocked Would highly recommend staying here
