The location is very good

The staff was very unprofessional, lazy not listening to the customers. No one is there for the Room cleaning.....they are also charging for room service 10%

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing.

We booked a 2-bedroom villa for 5 people, but the accommodation only included two double beds, leaving one person without proper sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, there was no extra bed or sofa cum bed provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, the geyser in one of the rooms was not working, which caused inconvenience. The villa had a kitchen, but no kitchen appliances were provided, making it unusable for cooking or meal preparation. Another downside was the cost of food, which was quite expensive. On top of that, they also added service charges for room service, making dining a costly affair.
