"Samoobslužné a rychlé odepisování na zprávy :)"

Majitel dokázal reagovat velmi rychle na zprávy a velmi ochotně pomohl vše vyřešit (resp. poslal mladíka, který byl velmi milý a vyřešil vše za majitele), což je oproti jiným vzácné, kéž by to takto fungovalo pokaždé.

drobné nedostatky, ale myslím že v rámci ceny odpovídající; a za chodníky, které v této čtvrti teprve vytváří, majitel nemůže

A spacious flat with good enough amenities and quiet neighbourhoods. With elevators and balcony. Very close to supermarket, ATMs, and restaurants. Reasonable walking distance to the souk and Gueliz. Good for a short stay without the hustle bustle of the old city.

Could be a bit more cleaner especially the kitchen to give a more homey feeling rather than an empty flat. Smoking stench was prominent in the living room.

"Perfect well positioned stay in Marrakech"

Perfect stay for in Marrakech! Well furnished with good wifi and washer. Also very well positioned to access most touristic spots in the city (circa 10 minute by car). Owner is also kind and communicative.
