Windows didn't close properly in bedroom so could hear people and traffic while trying to get to sleep

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Great location

Host didn't realise we'd booked. Didn't reply to messages. Had to spend an hour on the phone to booking.com to try to get the code for the key.. Telephone number on booking.com to contact host is incorrect. Email sent to them remained unanswered. Be aware that the ground floor flat is number 19A not 19. We had a lot of very needless stress thinking we might have to drive home. No parking permit because host didn't provide one as they didn't know we we're arriving. Had to pay £23 to park for 3 days.

What a gem of a find. This place allowed us to go to the town centre and back as we pleased, it is a perfect location for all the attractions. We went to a variety of eating places, McDonalds for the teenager, Thai food and cocktails in the theatre third floor terrace. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. I could not imagine a better place to stay in the centre of town. Utterly brilliant Thank you
