The location was very convenient for an overnight stay before the morning ferry to Stornaway.

Great place to stay! The property is in a great location and has everything you need! Really appreciated the kitchen facilities. The host was so helpful, warm, and chatty and had great knowledge of the surrounding area. Really felt welcomed.

Nothing to fault!

This is a charming property in Ullapool, very peaceful

Comfy bed, great proximity to the beach.

We recieved no greeting upon arrival as the hosts were 'out', even though they knew our ETA. Tried to ring host twice to answer various queries regarding heating and lack of wifi. They didn't return either call but sent a text at midnight mentioning a power outage owing to the lack of wifi. There was no instruction manual in the property. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink. Electric heaters were available in each room but the bathroom was very cold. Exterior garden area was very messy, tired and in the middle of small construction works which were not advertised. For a pet friendly property, the garden was not fully enclosed. When we were getting ready to leave the next day, we text to tell them our leaving time upon their request as they live next door, but they never showed so we never met the hosts. A few hours later after leaving, we recieved a text from Simon saying he was unaware we had a dog and 'did we have anything to say?' - we booked this property as on the property policies it says pets allowed at no extra charge. He then said people like us ruin it for others and was just generally very unpleasant.

Excellent location. Excellent bed. Communicative hosts.

It's a pet friendly property, so things were a bit hairy. Kitchen was stocked well enough but lacking some items. Electric heaters were fine but don't know if comfortable if weather colder. A lot of spiders and one adventurous slug inside.

The location, parking and WiFi are all excellent, and the two main rooms are homely and comfortable. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland.

An outside light at the front door would help with getting back in during the dark winter nights (or remember to leave the hall light on before you go out!).

Location. Very close to ferry. Comfortable beds.
