San Vitale Elegant Flat

Die Wohnung ist nicht direkt in der Altstadt, aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Man fühlt sich trotzdem nicht als Tourist, da man im allgemeinen Leben ist mit den kleinen Bars und Einkaufläden. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Stil und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent location. We were near to the town center while still being a little removed, and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The property was clean, comfortable, sizeable, and the hosts were easy to contact and communicable!

The costs ended up being more than originally advertised. What was initially presented to me on Booking.com was not what I ended up paying.

Lovely apartment in a quiet courtyard with aircon (great in summer) and all the utensils in the kitchen to keep 4 people fed and happy. We enjoyed the walks into the city centre and close-by restaurants as well. Cheapest parking was 700m away and only 10 Euros per day (there is a subscription which will allow multiple entries). Apartment was well appointed with the couch being a welcome site after a long day walking through the city. Bathroom is modern and has a very nice shower built in.

Everything was perfect and the service team were also super nice!

Amazing and spacious apartment, full of details and so comfortable that I wanted to stay and live there. Would come back to Verona just to stay here! It is a perfect house for vacations in the north of Italy.

The apartment was huge and well presented, however the location wasn't suitable for travelling with a 3 year old. We had to climb 2 floors (around 60 stairs) carrying bags and luggages as there was no lift. The walk across the river towards the city centre is around 15min again, not so close to transport and main attractions. Our return flight was cancelled so as the last minute option we booked this place as the apartment we stayed in originally was fully booked. After making the actual booking and requesting to check in a bit earlier the host didn't respond for hours and the next day when I had chased I only got a quick response to inform me that if the flat was ready before they would let me know. However, they didn't and again I had to chase in the afternoon to confirm if someone was still meeting us at 3pm to hand over the keys. I wish the communication was better as the place is lovely if you're prepared to walk but sadly due to lack of proper communication and not so central location I would not recommend this place.

I have been charge 20 euro for late checking. Late checking according to the property is after 19:00. Theo policy is not mentioned in the description of the place and I got to know about it only on last day when contacting the proposer for check-in. This is not fair.
