Ik mog niet naar binnen omdat de eigenaar heeft geen toestemming gegeven, terwijl ik betaald heb

4 uurtjes bezig de eigenaar te bellen due woont in Frankrijk, eindelijk k9n ik hem pakken, maar hij zij ikheb geen toestemming gegeven en ik moet de boeking.com zelf bellen en regelen. Mijn kinderen m9esten 4 uurtjes in de auto wachten
