Las mejores vistas de todo Kotor. Es de postal. La propietara es encantadora y la casa es muy completa y tranquila.

El desplazamiento a Kotor caminando es estresante por el trafico, las curvas cerradas y la ausencia de aceras. Y en coche por las caravanas y la carencia de estacionamiento. Supongo que fuera de julio y agosto se disfrutara mas.

View from the balcony on Old town Kotor ist stunning (if no cruise ship blocks the view…). Really nice landlady. Spacey apartment. Includes everything you need. Close to but not in Kotor. It is a foot walk of 15-20 mins. Could park your car directly at the house.

Not much to criticise - the apt could youse a bit of a refresh. But nothing that did affect our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The view from the window was absolutely stunning – overlooking the sea, majestic mountains, and the charming architecture of Kotor. Inside, the apartment was perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us really warm and even left us some lovely local treats, which made us feel very welcome. Above all, the kindness and friendliness of the hostess made this stay truly memorable. She was always available, helpful, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our time. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Ruhige Lage und das der Balkon ab Mittag im Schatten liegt. Herrliche Sicht auf den Fjord, die Altstadt und das Gebirge. Hierbei mit einem guten Getränk ein Buch, eine Zeitung lesen oder die Sinne schweifen zu lassen. Eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Die Kaffeemaschine war noch mit alten Wasser gefüllt, im Wasserkocher befand sich abgestandenes, unappetitliches Wasser mit einer ordentlichen Schicht Kalk, der Toaster, der Herd waren im Inneren schmutzig. So übergibt man keine FeWo! Nach der Schlüsselübergabe wurde sofort die Bezahlung angesprochen, die sofort, spätestens am nächsten Tag zu erfolgen hätte (14tägigrer Aufenthalt). Eine Meldung bei der Fremdenbehörde musste durch uns selbst durchgeführt werden. Auf die Frage, wo unser angefallener Abfall in welche Tonne beim Vermieter abgelegt werden kann wurde uns beschieden diesen in einen der Container, die in der Straße nach Kotor stehen, einzuschmeißen. Hier wäre ein wenig mehr Service für den Gast angebracht!

The owner is a fantastic nice person that treats you like a true guest. Can't say enough good things about her. The view from the deck is outstanding. If I'm ever in Kotor again, z this is the only place in looking at staying.
