La relación calidad precio. El propietario atento y amable. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas al campo y se ven caballos. Un comedor muy amplio y espacioso. En un pueblo Erith mas o menos cerca de Londres con la parada de Bus muy cerca.

La sarten para cocinar estaba demasiado gastada. Se estropeó la caldera y nos quedamos sin calefacción y agua caliente pero el propietario lo solucionó bastante rápido.

Plenty of space and very comfortable. Good kitchen appliances including washing machine and dryer. There was parking easily available close to the property with no restrictions.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Tough one to answer, it was clean.

Property is run down with broken light fittings, pictures lent against the wall with cobwebs so they've been there a while. Dirty washing in the washing machine along with food in the fridge, I can only assume that someone lives here when it's not being rented out. Stained kitchen ceiling where there's a leak and peeling paint, I'd say it felt like I staying in a witness protection house more then one I'd expect to fine on Booking.com.

The host was excellent and very helpful. The apartment had all the necessary facilities.

The heating took a while to heat up the property particularly in the second room.

It was well organised and clean apartment. Acess was easy. Host was really helpfull
