Above all, great location. It doesn't have an elevator, but we knew that from other comments and it didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a bit of a problem arranging the check-in. Perhaps my messages in the Booking app were not reaching the owner, because he never replied there, but did reply fast once I tried him on the phone number. I would appreciate it if some check-in instructions were included in the apartment description.

The apartment is large and spacious and in an excellent central location. The WiFi was good. It was peaceful there at night time.

I would have liked the shower to run a consistent temperature, a comfortable sofa to sit on and it needs more plug sockets in the bedroom and kitchen/lounge.

Estremamente silenzioso (raro a Bologna). Presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari in cucina. Possibilità di late checkout e di deposito bagagli .

Sarebbe utile avere delle istruzioni scritte per il riscaldamento

Nice apartment in the city historical center. Beautiful historical building close to the Ghetto. Comfy apartment for a family with kitchen and all necessary amenities. Kind owner.

There is no elevator in case you have a stroller. Some neighbors have not been friendly. We let our stroller closed in a corner downstairs that we don't carry up to the 3rd floor and they threw it away in the parking spots.
