No Wifi. However, the owner did every effort to solve the issue. The issue was not the owner's fault, it was the internet company

Very neat and tidy apartment, beautiful big windows to let the light in. The host was easily contactable and happy to help. Great location and easily walking distance to the train station, restaurants and bars.

The pillow and the bed were the best parts of our stay there.

The place was not clean enough especially the blankets.There was no elevator.

Lots of space, light and open, great location. Restaurants close by and close to the city center. See the photo for the view outside of the kitchen window.

The checkin process was a bit complicated. The host sent instructions, but there are a lot of stairs and the keys were not where they were supposed to be. Luckily, I had a friend who had phone access. The host responded quickly though.

Close to the centre of Bologna. Does not feel like a tourist apartment, more like a resident. Lots of space. Even a dishwasher and laundry in the kitchen.

If you want to sleep longer be aware of the church’s bells next to the building.

The location of the apartment is good, within walking distance to central places.

First of all, the communication of the owner of the apartment is very poor, we got an answer to the questions I asked via Booking before arriving at the apartment 1 hour before our arrival. The entrance to the building is very challenging, and going up to the top floor with suitcases is terrifying! We made a reservation as a family of 3. The bed for my child was not ready. No pillows, quilts, towels or anything was left. We opened the sofa bed ourselves, we used the bed linens that were lying around under the sofa bed (we were not sure about their cleanliness). The apartment was very cold, the heaters were warm when we first entered, but they turned off at night and we couldn't turn them on. There was no remote control for the air conditioners. When I sent a message to the owner about finding a taxi the next day, he replied almost 12 hours later and his answer was about leaving the city tax on the table and we had already left the apartment. We didn't see the treats that the other guests had, there was not even water. As a result, apart from the location of the apartment, we were not satisfied with anything because of the owner.
