I stayed here for three nights, and it truly felt like a magical place for so many reasons. The accommodation — a beautiful tent with a private hot tub and open-air bathroom — offers all the comfort and atmosphere you could wish for. On one side, you have the serene Lake Batur, and on the other, breathtaking views of Mount Batur right from the tent and hot tub. The energy around this place is peaceful and calming, and as a backpacker traveling around Bali, I was really able to recharge here. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and I even did the sunrise hike up Mount Batur with Rata, which was an unforgettable experience. It honestly felt like spending time with friends, and I’m genuinely sad to leave. Out of all the places I’ve stayed during my travels in Bali, this has been my absolute favorite. I can’t recommend it enough!

Outstanding nice people there. The owner let me check in early for leaving my backpack there. But it can be a little bit more clean for the money. I didn't think it was noisy at night. The reception hall is huge and you can safely park your scooter inside. There are aquariums and a seating area where you can even smoke. Coffee and tea for free. If the rooms get a little bit cleaner it’s a 10

The bed linen was unfortunately not completely clean and there were some ants on the walls (but only on the walls). Toilet paper and a little trash bin in the bathroom would be fine.

I gave 6 stars only for staff. The guy on reception was really nice and helpful. And was waiting for me in the evening. Also the bed was comfortable

The awful smell was ALL THE TIME in the hotel. Like something is burning. In the night I tried to sleep in another room. But it had the same smell. It was not suitable for sleeping. Unfortunately. The manager didn’t do anything or couldn’t fix it? I don’t know. But the place is not suitable because of smell. Finally the manager didn’t answer me, just ignored. And also the toilet - it was so disgusting,
