An absolutely beautiful property! We were so lucky to have been able to get the two-bedroom duplex. It was huge and my family and I did not actually feel like leaving the accommodation. It overlooks the Kandy lake and is beautiful during the day & night! Staff were attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was very good as well. Wish we had more time as we only stayed for a night. Well done to the team!!!

Good location, close to both the lake view cultural dance show and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth. Staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was amazing, swimming pool was lovely and room was perfect.

Not exactly as on the picture. Its more 3 star hotel than 4, to be honest if i will knew reality i would not book. All not super modern need some lift . Hotel not directly next to lake there are buildings.There is school which make noice morning plus roads . The biggest disappointment breakfast- there is no buffet like most of hotels.. just you can choose way of eggs, bakerys juice small plate of fruit tea coffee thats eat. What with people not eating eggs? If they want a la cart at least should be more options some cheese, ham , veggies or whatever.

The laundry service is expensive and you need to count the pieces. At the end we found a place around the corner cheaper and easy they just take the bag
