Key West's Best

Could not get into the lobby to get the keys to the condo. Kept calling the number that the rental office told us many times and no one would answer. Finally 4 British ladies (one who lives there) got her key out and let us into the lobby. If not for them, we probably would still be standing there.

The location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The people were very friendly. Overall we had a wonderful vacation

Getting charged if we left more than 2 loads of laundry for the cleaners to take care of. We were a family of 6, which means all 4 beds were used, and at least 12 towels were used. Starting a wash is acceptable, but that would only be or just one to 2 sets of bedding do to the size of the washer. Since I did not want to get charged, I was up at 7 am to try to make an extra 2 loads of laundry to comply. This is not want I wanted on my vacation when we do pay a fee for this to be taken care of. Striping the beds and starting a load is acceptable, but charging if there is more than 2 loads of laundry for housekeeping to do on a household of 6 is not possible.

Loved the upgrades to the unit, it was very nice. Twin beds were little shaky, son gave up and slept more comfortably on the couch. Loved the pool and lush landscaping.

One day the water was shut off for half a day. Rolled with it.

The location is perfect

It was a little confusing to get into the building, and to find a proper wing and to find a proper hall, and to find a proper condo

The available amenities were very nice. The property is well maintained and inviting.

No on-site help available; my disabled brother fell in the pool area and it was difficult to get help to help get him up. We managed but I had to rent a wheelchair for the remainder of our stay.

I loved everything about it.The place was so gorgeous and clean.The customer service was excellent.The master bedroom has a his and hers sink in the bathroom the shower was very big and nice.If I come back to Key West again I will choose to stay at this beautiful condo again.

I liked having the space to myself. I liked the "home" environment. I liked the shower. The bed was comfortable and the view was gorgeous!. The pool area was quiet and refreshing with a beautiful ocean view.

I paid a hefty cleaning fee, yet still had to do dishes, remove trash and start laundry. An earlier check in and later check out would've been helpful.
